A major global manufacturer of on-board railway systems with revenues exceeding € 1 billion needed an expatriate Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) Leader for its Indian operations. The mandate was to implement the SQA policy on behalf of the European entities for the parts imported through the India Purchasing Organization.

Client is a global leader in manufacturing gear motors, drive systems and gear boxes with annual sales of about € 800 million and presence in 16 countries across the globe. They wanted to partner with a Leadership Consultant to drive their Cross Business Unit Leadership Taskforce Program to strengthen the internal communication and break the barriers of the two business units.

A large Indian multinational conglomerate client with revenues of over $ 8 billion diversified into Aerospace & Defense business for manufacturing hydraulic actuators and aerostructures. To lead the production operations, they wanted to hire an expert with precision engineering background in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

They were keen to fulfill the role of Head - Analytical Research & Development (AR&D) to lead a research team, develop project strategy and manage deliverables intended for the global markets.

Client is a major supplier of engineered products to the rail transportation equipment manufacturers. The mandate was to hire an expert in Purchase and Supply Chain Management (SCM) to assist the organization in formulation & implementation of strategies with a strong focus to QCD (Quality, Cost & Delivery).
